We not only support you through the buying process, but we also support you through the claim process. Should you have to make a claim you will have your own dedicated claim handler to support you through what is obviously a difficult time.

We provide what we promise. Our promises include:

  • No charges for using a debit card, credit card or American Express.
  • No charge to receive a certificate and policy document via the post if requested.
  • Answering your ChildMax queries. If not immediately, then we provide a written response within 2 working days via email or the post.

We will refund your premium in full if, within fourteen (14) days of purchasing this Policy, you decide that it does not meet your needs, provided that you have already paid the premium in full and have not reported or intend to report a claim. After the fourteen (14) days has expired, you may cancel the Policy but will not receive a refund.

Please take care to provide us with accurate information; once the policy is purchased, changes to the Policy Certificate information cannot normally be made until the policy is renewed.
